This is already confirmed and the said date is very much inline with an earlier report by the Wall Street Journal.
Samsung Galaxy S7 will look a lot like the existing Galaxy S6 variants which only a few minor changes
The next generation Samsung flagship device, like previous ones, will rival the latest Apple iPhone in terms of features. It has already been reported that just like the iPhone 6s, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 is going to have a pressure sensitive display similar to the 3D Touch on Apple’s latest iPhone.
It has already been speculated that Samsung Galaxy S7 will be unveiled at the end of February at the Mobile World Congress and a few weeks later early in March, the phone will be officially launched. In an end-of-the-year event that took place in China where expected mobile phones were unveiled, China Mobile revealed the smartphone will be released in March and the price will be around 3,000 yuan (about $465).

Apart from a pressure sensitive display , the phone is expected to pack either the new Snapdragon 820 chipset or Exynos 8890 processor. It’s going to have a USB Type-C port, there’s going to be a variant with an SD card slot, it’s also likely to have a 4G RAM plus some other features.
It has been reported the next flagship will bear close resemblance to the Samsung Galaxy S6 physically with a flat-screened variant and a curved-screen variant. The camera will be redesigned though with the bump removed.
Well, March is just around the corner when some of these rumors will be confirmed or discarded. Till then, the closest we may get to the device will be rumors and leaks.
